The goal of this initiative is to introduce High School students to entrepreneurial opportunities through the act of tutoring and being tutored. High School students are trained, mentored, and tutored by local collegiate mentors, H.S. peers, and certified tutors to improve their academic performance to become independent tutors.
In addition to the obvious benefit gained by the High School students, the greatest benefit is gained by K-10 students. Having access to free after-school enrichment services hosted by peers, college bound individuals, and community mentors, the reality of becoming a High School and College graduate is within reach!
The goal of this initiative to expose and introduce young adults to potential careers in technology. By offering Technology Support Services within the community, participants are able to gain hands-on experience working and learning alongside a professional technologist acting as a valued mentor and trainer.
